What is Print On Demand (POD)? Plus

Print on Demand is a service that creates a product upon receiving the order.

Does NEXTHREADZ manufacture or have any involvement in the printing process. Plus

No. We select items from manufacturers that we trust and meet our standards. All printing is done by our trusted print providers.

Where is NEXTHREADZ located? Plus

Our headquarters is in Canada and our operations are in North America.

ORDERS
How long does it take for NEXTHREADZ to produce your order and ship it? Plus

The estimated production times are listed below and are provided to use by our print providers.

T-shirts - 1.5 days

Hoodie - 1.3 days

Sticker - 1.1 days

Sticker Sheet - 1.3 days

What if my product is delayed? Plus

Delays can occur which can increase the estimated production time. We work very hard to fulfill orders on time. Please wait at least 48 hours before reaching out to us should there be a delay. Our Support Team can be contacted at Support Team Email

What payment options are available to me? Plus

We accept various forms of payment from detailed in the image below.

Will I be charged additional costs? Plus

This only applies to items purchased outside the United States.

All items exported from the United States into other countries are subject to additional costs such as customs and processing fees.

SHIPPING
How long does it take to ship my item? Plus

We ship all our items using standard shipping. below are the estimated times for the regions we ship to.

United States is 2-5 days

Canada is 10-30 days

Where does NEXTHREADZ ship to? Plus

We ONLY ship to the United States and Canada.

Does NEXTHREADZ ship worldwide? Plus

No. We are not setup to ship outside the United States and Canada. We are continuously growing so periodically check back to see if we have added this option.

Are there different shipping options available? Plus

Currently, we only offer standard shipping. We are exploring other shipping options but there is no estimated time for when they will be added.

How much does shipping cost? Plus

Who is responsible for shipping my item? Plus

NEXTHREADZ does not ship items. All items are shipped from our production partners.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is theclothing return policy? Plus

Since all clothing items are made to order we do not support returns if you ordered the wrong size, color, style, or simply changed your mind.

 

We will only accept returns for damaged or defective items that meet our return and refund policy criteria. Please refer to the link Return and Refund Policy full details.

What is the sticker return policy? Plus

We accept returns and exchanges for all our sticker items minus the shipping cost. You the customer will have to the return shipping cost. The NEW item will be shipped at our expense.

We will also replace or refund any damaged or defective stickers. All shipping costs are covered by us.

How do returns work? Plus

Any returns that meet our return and refund policy criteria will be investigated. If the item is found to be damaged and or defective, we will replace with it with a reprint free of charge. Our Support Team can be contacted at Support Team
